With over 10 years of experience in sacred sexuality practices, Sophie weaves her understanding of intimacy, sensuality, and spiritual connection into her facilitation. She believes that exploring one's sexuality is an integral part of the healing journey and offers guidance in cultivating conscious and fulfilling relationships. Sophie also shares the wisdom of sacred mushrooms and Kambo in ceremonial settings. She specializes in the Deep-Mind method, a holistic approach that combines the best elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Jungian psychology, Gestalt experiential therapy, psychoanalytic thinking, bioenergy, the "shadowing" technique, systemic mindfulness, art, and cymatics therapy. Marina's extensive training includes immersion in Bwiti, energy healing, and participation in various diets in Brazil and Peru.
