This 3-hour journey ensures the celebrated man is fully aligned with his purpose, supported by his inner circle, and ready to face his next challenge.
The Setting: The Ceremonial Hearth
The session takes place on a secluded beach in Sian Ka'an, Tulum, centered around a warm fire pit, connecting the energy to the earth and the element of fire
Phase I: Earth – The Inner Circle
Duration: 45 minutes
Focus: Grounding & Vision
We begin by establishing a foundation of trust and focused intention.
· Tasting of the Land: Guests are welcomed with a private tasting of high-quality Artisanal Mezcal or local craft beer, designed to be sipped slowly while connecting to the region’s earth and smoke elements.
· Circle of Counsel The group gathers in a circle for a focused ritual where each man offers the honoree specific, thoughtful advice for the transition and the life chapter ahead. This uses a talking piece to ensure everyone is heard, moving past surface-level jokes to articulate clear intentions for the honoree's new role.
· The Release: The honoree symbolically writes down any past burdens or fears he wishes to leave behind and tosses them into the fire, symbolizing his clean slate.
Phase II: Fire – Transformation
Duration: 75 minutes
Focus: Challenge & Alignment
This phase is designed to forge connection through shared, intentional effort.
· The Knot-Tying Workshop: The facilitator guides the group through a symbolic activity where the men learn to tie a complex, lasting knot. This represents the strength and resilience required for the journey ahead, emphasizing that the bond must be actively maintained.
· Clarity Breathwork: A brief but intense session of focused breathwork is led to clear mental stress, allowing the honoree to center his energy and gain clarity on his path forward.
Phase III: Banquete – Brotherhood & Adornment
Duration: 60 minutes

The ritual culminates in a celebratory, communal feast.
· Feast of Fire: A premium, open-fire Mayan/Tulum-style Grill Feast is served (e.g., Cochinita Pibil or fresh catch wrapped in banana leaves), emphasizing the primal connection to the land and the reward of collective effort.
· Final Vow and Toast: The honoree offers a final toast and vow to his future and the brotherhood. This is followed by a round of premium cigars or local sipping spirits.
· Brother's Keepsake: Each brother receives a small, personalized memento, such as a hand-carved piece of obsidian or a custom flask, symbolizing strength and protection.

• Up to 8 men: $3,150 mxn per person.
• Up to 14 men: $2,430 mxn per person.

• Includes: Full 3-hour facilitation, all ritual materials (Mezcal, knot-tying supplies, Breathwork guidance), and the final celebratory feast/toast.
• Booking: A 60% deposit is required to secure your date and finalize the menu details. The balance must be paid 1 day before the event.
